Return & Refund Policy

At Bell's Fragrances, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return To begin a return, please contact us at info@bellfragrances.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Do not ship any items back without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) and the return address from us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations Cancellations are only possible before an order is processed with our supplier. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, cancellation is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please contact us immediately at info@bellfragrances.com if you need to cancel.

Refunds Refunds to customers are only issued after we receive confirmation from our fulfillment partner. Once confirmed, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
